ANGERME member Takeuchi Akari has announced that she will graduate from both ANGERME and Hello! Project after their 2023 spring tour.
Takeuchi is certified to teach calligraphy currently placed ‘jun-godan’ (pre-fifth) in the adult ranking. She is aiming to reach ‘godan’ (fifth) that would allow her to obtain a license to teach anyone. In order to watch the growth of the junior members, Takeuchi had been continuing her activities while trying to master her calligraphy skills. However, she realized that her time has come and decided to graduate. Her graduation date will be announced as soon as it has been decided.
Takeuchi started her activities as an Hello Pro Egg in 2008. She joined S/mileage in August of 2011 and has been the leader of ANGERME since 2019.
