As a response, Chaeyeon acknowledged the fact that people have less interest in her solo compared to her group promotions and explained:

“I don’t think I’m firmly positioned as a solo artist yet. Since it’s only my second album, I want to establish myself as a singer who is loved by a lot by releasing many albums as a solo artist in the future.”

Chaeyeon also conveyed her thoughts regarding making a comeback as a solo singer amid the heyday of girl groups such as IVE, NewJeans and LE SSERAFIM, to which her former co-IZ*ONE members re-debuted in.
