The 40-year-old star is booked is busy this 2023 as he is set to headline another K-drama.
After his 2021 series “Jirisan” along with the Hallyu queen Jun Ji Hyun, he will be returning to the small screen with an interesting project.

According to a media outlet, the actor is offered to play the lead role in the upcoming series.
With this, Ju Ji Hoon’s agency H& Entertainment shared, confirmed that the actor received the offer and the fantasy series is “just one of the projects” that he has been selected but as of now, “nothing has been decided.”
In the same outlet, the forthcoming series is based on the famous webtoon of the same name, written by Kang Full.
Interestingly, “Shop of the Lamp” focuses on the connection between the living and the dead as their worlds get intertwined through a mysterious lamp shop.

If Ju Ji Hoon officially accepts the offer, he will be reunited with Kim Hee Won whom he starred in the upcoming movie “Silence.”
As for the “Shop of the Lamp,” it will be Kim Hee Won’s directorial debut.

Joining Ju Ji Hoon as lead stars are Han Hyo Joo, Lee He Joon, Lee Mo Saeng, and Park Ji Yeon.
In addition, he is also in talks to headline the series “Severe Trauma Center: Golden Hour” a webtoon-based medical K-drama written by So Hyun Kyung of “Shining Inheritance” and “Twenty Again.”
In the upcoming series, he is offered to play the role of Lee Gook Jong, a writer, and professor known as the nation’s leading authority on severe trauma treatment.
As for his big-screen projects, Ju Ji Hoon stars in “Silence” with Lee Sun Kyun and Kim Hee Won.
It is a disaster film that depicts the life of the people who were caught up in a big chaos caused by natural calamity.
