MONSTA X will reportedly be launching their first ever unit group with Shownu and Hyungwon this summer.

According to an exclusive report from TV Report, Starship Entertainment will be having MONSTA X members Shownu and Hyungwon debut as a unit group in the summer of 2023. This would be Shownu’s first official activities since his military discharge back in April of this year.

While Shownu and Hyungwon are the main dancer and lead dancer respectively within MONSTA X, they have both showcased their numerous talents throughout their careers. Currently, MONSTA X is operating as a five member group as Minhyuk recently enlisted in the military. Joohoney is also debuting as a soloist later this month.
