MBC’s “Music Core” will not be airing this week.
According to MBC, the April 1 episode of the weekly music show has been cancelled due to live coverage of the opening of the 2023 KBO (Korea Baseball Organization) season.
Instead of “Music Core,” MBC will be airing the season’s opening game between the KIA Tigers and the SSG Landers starting from 1:45 p.m. KST.
Meanwhile, longtime MC Kim Min Ju recently stepped down from “Music Core” after two and a half years on the program. According to MBC, it has not yet been decided who will be taking her place on the show.
“Music Core” normally airs on Saturdays at 3:15 p.m. KST.
