In an interview with The Star magazine, the 25-year-old actress took the chance to clarify to her curious fans that she’s not seeing anyone at the moment, and that she’s happy being single.

Shin Ye Eun is asked to choose between friendship and love. The actress showed her cold-hearted charms by choosing the former over the other, much to fans’ surprise.

She reasoned, “I don’t think I’ll ever fall for a friend. I would never want to ruin a beautiful friendship for love.”

However, the “The Glory” star is a believer of “dating-to-marry.” She stated that a relationship needs a greatly built foundation.

“If you’re not going to marry your lover, then the relationship will eventually end,” Shin Ye Eun said. “The love you shared will become pointless in my opinion.”
